Financial Adviser - York // North Yorkshire
Financial Adviser (CAS)
Full-Time | £41,500 Basic (Depending on Experience) + £3,600 Car Allowance + Performance Bonus (OTE £70,000+)

We are not a “lone wolf” adviser business; instead, we operate as a united team, supporting one another and facilitating professional growth.
Due to sustained growth and a steady flow of quality leads, we are looking to appoint a Financial Adviser who has achieved Competent Adviser Status (CAS) and is eager to develop their career with us. This opportunity is perfect for advisers with around 1–3 years’ experience, who are ambitious, coachable, and value structured support and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, holistic financial advice
- Conduct client meetings (both new and ongoing)
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Work closely with paraplanners and support staff
- Maintain compliant, high-quality file standards
- Contribute positively to team discussions and development
Who We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
