Full-Time | £41,500 Basic (Depending on Experience) + £3,600 Car Allowance + Performance Bonus (OTE £70,000+)

Due to sustained growth and a steady flow of quality leads, we are looking to appoint a Financial Adviser who has achieved Competent Adviser Status (CAS) and is eager to develop their career with us. This opportunity is perfect for advisers with around 1–3 years’ experience, who are ambitious, coachable, and value structured support and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, holistic financial advice
• Conduct client meetings (both new and ongoing)
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Work closely with paraplanners and support staff
• Maintain compliant, high-quality file standards
• Contribute positively to team discussions and development
