Financial Services Sales Manager - Cambridge
Sales Manager - Bath // Somerset
Our client is is a highly successful National IFA firm, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Manager to join their team in the Bath location who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Independent Financial Advisers.
The successful candidate will:
• Have previous experience working in a managerial position within the financial services sector
• Have achieved Competent Advisor Status – Dip PFS and Diploma Level 4 and JO 7 or equivalent
• Have excellent knowledge and experience of the advisory process within the financial services sector
• Have a strong background in PI or Affinity Development
The role will involve:
• Developing objectives, business plans and targets for individuals within the team
• Developing, coaching and mentoring advisors to ensure targets are met
• Taking overall responsibility for the achieving revenue targets
• Working closely with Operations Managers and Paraplanner Managers to ensure office targets are met
• Implementing effective training and development programmes
• Responsibility for the high risk business “sign off” process in accordance with company requirements
• Demonstrating behaviours that are consistent with the FCA’s Statement of Principle and Code of Practice for Approved Persons

As importantly we offer the following:Basic Salary up to £85,000
• Basic holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays (this increases with service and you can also buy extra days in our holiday purchase scheme)

• Death in Service – 4 x basic salary
