Our client is looking for a limited number of outstanding individuals, with no previous experience of providing financial advice, the opportunity to become a successful Wealth Manager. Candidates for the Academy will have a successful career track record, but will be looking for a new challenge to take control of their working lives and create value for themselves and their families. They will be eager to build a business that not only provides long term income and financial security, but will also generate significant capital value when they decide to retire or sell. For some, the opportunity to build a business they can pass on to the next generation is a key motivation. All of this is available to successful graduates of the Academy programme.

Successful Academy graduates come from all sectors of the community. Financial Services, Investment bankers, City traders, professionals, sportspeople, women returning to work, corporate managers, military officers and others have all found the Academy to be a rewarding experience and have been delighted to discover how the skills, knowledge and experience gained through their careers to date can be deployed effectively to build a vibrant wealth management practice.

Acceptance onto the programme follows an intensive selection and assessment process to ensure that only those candidates with the necessary attributes, characteristics and skills are engaged. There are four factors we look for in successful candidates; two are personal characteristics and two are necessary resources.

The Academy programme has been designed to provide the relevant training and development to enable individuals to establish their businesses on a solid foundation. It entails a high quality programme of support in all the areas required to succeed, including studying for, and completing, the necessary professional qualifications. The two-year process consists of four stages; Selection, Foundation, Implementation and Graduation. These have been specifically designed to equip each individual with the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies to become a successful Wealth Manager.
